Drama Summary: 

Sonakshi Rastogi, a renowned television actress of a popular show, and Rohit Sippy, a highly successful cardiologist, cross paths and develop a unique bond even as they struggle with their demanding careers.

Sonakshi is chirpy and kind, she lives in a world of fiction and magic. On the other side, Rohit is calm and practical, he swears by logic and science. Dedicated in their own fields, the two are broken souls with troubled pasts. Still healing, they meet and start off on a conflicting note, unable to understand each others' worlds which are poles apart.

This love story is based on the famous couple Madhuri Dixit and her husband, Sriram Nene’s courtship period depicting the struggles it took to keep the romance going in their busy schedules.

With two high profile respective careers, Madhuri Dixit had to give up her successful career earlier and settle in the USA for her husband after a long period of courtship. Now, with the actresses’ second innings in the industry, Sriram has put his surgeon career in the States to rest and settled in India for his wife. 

If you don't know much about them, I would like to introduce them especially, Madhuri Dixit. Madhuri is a well-known Bollywood actress and acclaimed dancer. She was one of the most popular and most paid actresses during the 80-90s period. She is also known by the nickname 'Dhak Dhak Girl' in the Indian entertainment industry. "Dhak Dhak Girl" which means "A girl who makes your heart flutter" and yes, even a little eyebrow lift or a little corner smile of hers could sway anyone's heart. She is 52 now, still she is a BEAUTY. [I would love to recommend her works if anyone wants.]

Her husband Dr Sriram Nene is a reputed cardiovascular surgeon.
